Our student engineering program offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns and co-ops gain exposure to real-world projects, technical challenges, and cross-functional collaboration—building a strong foundation for future careers.

Design tools and fixtures using AutoCAD or SolidWorks
Support continuous improvement and production troubleshooting
Create and revise operator instructions
Assist with asset management, safety audits, and plant layout planning

Responsibilities

→Apply engineering calculations to real-world problems
→Manage cross-functional projects
→Create technical documentation and present findings
→Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Education & Experience

→Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field from an accredited program
→Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
→Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
→Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
→Comfortable working independently and in collaborative teams
