Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations

→Own delivery of EUS, infrastructure and platform services (compute, storage, network, cloud, middleware and end user services).
→Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise platforms.
→Manage SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting.
→Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
→Drive continuous service improvement initiatives including AI
→Oversee cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
→Oversee backup, resilience, and business continuity strategies.

Security & Compliance

→Ensure infrastructure adheres to cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements.
→Partner with security teams to implement monitoring, vulnerability management
→Oversee backup, resilience, and business continuity strategies.

Vendor & Financial Management

→Direct managed service providers and third-party vendors.
→Oversee infrastructure budgets and cost control initiatives.
→Assist in contract and performance reviews.

Team Leadership

→Direct and develop end user services teams
→Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
→Support technical skill development and succession planning.
