What We Offer

✓Assist in the development and execution of campaigns and events in support of SharkNinja’s culture moments and corporate brand initiatives

✓Maintain and update editorial calendars and contact lists to ensure coordination across communications channels

✓Manage and optimize corporate communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, digital signage) to maximize reach and engagement

✓Draft content for internal and external channels (e.g., newsletters, social posts, intranet stories, executive briefs, recaps, presentations, website)

✓Track and report on engagement metrics to measure effectiveness of communications efforts

✓Help coordinate logistics for communications activations, both in-person and virtual

✓Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications

✓Support multimedia content creation (photos, videos, event recaps) to enhance storytelling

Education: Current student in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program
Must be able to work a part-time 10 to 16 hour/week position with at least one 5-hour day per week in Needham, MA
Has taken coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail
Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or social media tools is a plus

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Hourly Pay Range

$26—$33 USD
