At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. We’re not waiting for the future; we’re creating it. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.
We don't just make products. We identify and solve customer problems, some that customers don't even know they have. We tell that story via social media across organic, paid, influencer, and earned channels.
We're seeking a Senior Director, Social Analytics to build and lead a global social analytics function from the ground up — one built for how social measurement works in 2026. This Senior Director, Social Analytics leader will manage four regional Managers, setting the standard for how the team turns social data into action across every market SharkNinja competes in.
We've built a strong social dataset using both established platforms and tools we've built ourselves — the foundation is there. What's still ahead is making it agentic: moving from a team that manually digs through the data to one that runs AI agents against it, so the insight that actually drives action surfaces from the haystack before anyone has to go looking for it. This is not a caretaker role — you'll be hands-on with the hardest problems while building the organization, talent, and operating model this function needs long-term, and you need to be genuinely excited about leading that shift.
