Responsibilities

→Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce; TikTok Shop/affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.

→Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.

→Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

→Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

→Strong project management and organizational skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

→Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken).
