Shields Health Solutions is committed to pay transparency and equal employment opportunities.

An employee in this position can expect a salary between $50,000 and $60,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities pursuant to the terms of any applicable bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.

Solid computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for communication, documentation, and data management, as well as, navigating the internet and web-based platforms. As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring a seamless and supportive specialty pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”น Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient's journey from onboarding through refills

๐Ÿ”น Coordinate timely medication deliveries and manage refill schedules

๐Ÿ”น Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, financial assistance, and copay challenges

๐Ÿ”น Monitor and promote medication adherence to support positive patient outcomes

๐Ÿ”น Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to quickly resolve issues

๐Ÿ”น Serve as a trusted patient advocate and resource for individuals navigating complex specialty therapies


Requirements

โœ” Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment

โœ” 2โ€“5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience

โœ” High School Diploma or GED

โญ CPhT Certification (highly valued)

โญ 5โ€“8 years of Pharmacy Technician experience

โœ… Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

โœ… Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

โœ… Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities

โœ… Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the ability to quickly learn new systems

โœ… Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to extract key information efficiently
