Notably, its payment solution, ShopBack Pay, offers members a convenient and rewarding payment option at checkout.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Contract Account Management Executive to support our Taiwan and Hong Kong markets. This is a great opportunity to gain regional e-commerce and partnerships experience, offering hands-on exposure to merchant operations, and account management.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers, helping keep merchant partnerships running smoothly while learning how commercial decisions are made across markets. While this is primarily a support role, you’ll also gain real pitching exposure through long-tail merchant outreach.
  • Support Account Managers across Taiwan and Hong Kong with day-to-day merchant operations and coordination.
  • Assist with merchant onboarding, campaign setups, and deal documentation to ensure smooth execution.
  • Participate in business development by reaching out and pitching solutions to long-tail merchants to support deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate merchant records, performance trackers, and internal reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Operations) to resolve merchant queries and issues.
  • Help identify process improvements to make account management more efficient and scalable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience in account management, sales support, business development, or e-commerce is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail—you’re someone people can rely on
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
  • Clear communicator in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a bonus, but not required)
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, regional environment
  • Listing Details
