The Workplace Experience Intern supports the day-to-day workplace and engagement operations of the Vietnam HR function, ensuring administrative processes and workplace activities run smoothly and consistently. This role provides hands-on exposure to workplace coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and operational support within a structured environment.

Working alongside the HR team, the intern will contribute to maintaining organised workflows and delivering positive employee experiences across the office and internal activities.
  • Coordinate logistics and execution of internal activities (e.g., Town Halls, celebrations, engagement initiatives) including communications aligned with employee engagement
  • Assist with recurring HR administrative processes and ensure structured workflows are kept updated and organised
  • Support employee welfare arrangements, vendor coordination, and tracking of workplace-related administrative matters
  • Assist with office administrative matters and tracking of workplace-related costs and payments
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including coordinating internal setup and tracking checklist completion
  • Open to final year student or recent graduate, preferably with prior internship experience in HR, operations, or administration
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and dependable, with ability to manage recurring tasks independently
  • Strong communication skills in English languague to collaborate with stakeholders globally
  • Available full-time for 6 months
