Deli Team Lead

A CLOSER LOOK AT YOUR ROLE

As our Deli Team Lead, you'll keep the department operating efficiently while helping your team deliver excellent service. You'll oversee product preparation, pricing, packaging, and display presentation while assisting customers with purchases and questions. You'll support team members through coaching and training, help maintain food safety standards, prepare special orders and party trays, operate deli equipment and registers, rotate products for freshness, and pitch in wherever needed to create an exceptional customer experience.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We're looking for a Deli Team Lead who meets these requirements:

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and occasionally lift 60 lbs.
• Ability to write, read, follow instructions, and perform simple math calculations
• Problem-solving skills
• Schedule flexibility for working evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServSafe certification
• A high school degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Ability to work as a team
• Strong collaboration/interpersonal skills
