Our Member Services Team ensures that our members’ and their guests’ needs are fulfilled at an exemplary service level. This team conveys a positive and unforgettable service experience while engaging with regard to, recreation equipment, fitness center/tennis pavilion and poolside service, transportation, concierge and outdoor services and other special requests.  

• →6 months of relevant customer engagement experience in a high-end resort, or private club preferred.  
• →Ability to convey an exemplary level of service by communicating effectively with and receiving information from members, guests and coworkers
• →Ability to multi-task while providing superior customer service 
• →Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
