Test & Evaluation Specialist (Intelligence Systems)

Intelligence systems don’t get a pass because the mission is urgent. Before a SIGINT, ELINT, or GEOINT capability reaches the people who depend on it, someone has to put it through its paces, measure what it actually does against what it was supposed to do, and write down the answer plainly. At the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), that is the job — and we need someone who has worked with these systems from the operator’s side.

Sienna Systems is hiring a Test & Evaluation Specialist to support JITC’s Test, Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) program at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. You will plan and run test events on intelligence systems, analyze the results, and turn them into clear, defensible conclusions that decision-makers act on.

• →Plan and conduct developmental, operational, and interoperability testing of intelligence systems and software
• →Write test plans that address system specifications and requirements, and validate requirements for testability
• →Develop and conduct Test Readiness Reviews
• →Design how test data will be collected and analyzed, and determine the right level of test rigor for each system
• →Collect, verify, and validate test data, and translate results into evaluative conclusions and recommendations
• →Document anomalies and errors, brief customers and management, and help analyze and resolve problems
• →Prepare formal T&E plans and reports in accordance with JITC standards
• →Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and Science-Based Test Design (SBTD) to test approaches

• 8+ years of specialized and/or military experience
• Experience in one or more of: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), or Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
• Strong evaluation and report-writing skills — a real share of this role is documentation other people rely on
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance strongly preferred. Sienna can sponsor a Top Secret clearance for the right candidate.

• Military intelligence certification in SIGINT, ELINT, or GEOINT
• Prior DoD test and evaluation experience
• Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security risk management
• Experience with automated test scripts or tools (e.g., Java, C++, Selenium, LoadRunner)

Fully on-site at Fort Huachuca, Arizona — you will need to live within commuting distance. Work is primarily indoors, with occasional travel and outdoor test events.
