Patrol Driver

We’re hiring a Patrol Guard in Phoenix, AZ, to perform both vehicle and foot patrols in residential and commercial areas. In this role, you’ll help protect property, monitor high-value areas, secure access points, and provide a visible security presence that gives residents and clients peace of mind.

• →Conduct foot and vehicle patrols in assigned areas
• →Monitor courtyards, offices, pools, access points, and other designated locations
• →Help protect residents, property, and client assets
• →Complete detailed activity and incident reports using company technology
• →Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and clients
• →Provide professional, courteous customer service
• →De-escalate issues calmly and appropriately
• →Maintain your assigned patrol vehicle, including cleanliness, inspection, and fueling
• →Care for assigned equipment such as radios, keys/cards, uniforms, and devices
• →Follow all post orders, company procedures, and site-specific instructions

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Available to work weekends
• Able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
• Willing to complete the required training during the first month
• Must have a valid Arizona guard card
