  Meet with homeowners in their homes to evaluate their comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement solutions

• →

  Conduct professional, engaging in-home sales presentations

• →

  Build trust with customers by listening to their concerns, educating them on their options, and providing solutions that fit their needs

• →

  Explain HVAC equipment, comfort solutions, and financing options in a clear and easy-to-understand way

• →

  Prepare and present proposals that meet customer needs and company standards

• →

  Close sales while maintaining a consultative, customer-focused approach

• →

  Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process

• →

  Work with company-generated leads from marketing, repeat customers, referrals, and your own prospecting efforts

• →

  Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience from the initial appointment through installation

• →

  Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company systems

• →

  Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals

• →

  Represent JSP with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at every customer interaction

• Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor, In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or consultative sales experience preferred

• Experienced HVAC technicians who are confident communicating with homeowners and interested in transitioning into sales are encouraged to apply

• Excellent in-home presentation and communication skills

• Strong ability to build trust and establish relationships with customers

• Self-motivated, assertive, and results-oriented

• Strong closing skills with exceptional follow-through

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities

• Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience

• Ability to conduct business with honesty and integrity

• Experience presenting financing options or selling home improvement solutions is a plus

• Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate customer appointments

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
