• →Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently throughout the day
• →Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
• →Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
• →Coordinate with technicians and management to maximize productivity and revenue opportunities
• →Monitor daily schedules and make adjustments as needed throughout the day
• →Review service tickets and ensure proper billing and documentation
• →Maintain accurate customer records and service history
• →Assist with customer concerns and help ensure a positive customer experience
• →Support the team in achieving company goals and performance metrics

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred in a residential home services setting
• Service Titan knowledge
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Desire to grow professionally and build a long-term career
