This opportunity is ideal for someone who is outgoing, energetic, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by performance-based goals.
Responsibilities may include:

Experience in canvassing, retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, promotions, marketing, or another customer-facing environment may be helpful, but it is not required.
Our Energy Auditors meet with homeowners who are interested in improving the comfort, efficiency, and overall performance of their homes.
This is a consultative in-home sales position. Energy Auditors evaluate the customer’s concerns, identify potential solutions, explain available options, present proposals, and help homeowners make informed decisions.

Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting scheduled in-home appointments
- Evaluating home-comfort and energy-efficiency concerns
- Building trust and rapport with homeowners
- Educating customers about available improvement options
- Presenting recommendations and proposals clearly
- Answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Guiding customers through the decision-making process
- Closing sales and achieving performance goals
- Maintaining accurate customer and appointment records
- Coordinating with operations and administrative teams
