• →Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls.
• →Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems.
• →Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.
• →Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures.
• →Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes.
• →Complete work orders using company software.
• →Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required.
• A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
