• →Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, and thermostats
• →Complete equipment replacements and new installations
• →Install and modify ductwork
• →Test and start up systems to ensure everything is working properly
• →Communicate with homeowners and leave every job better than you found it

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience with furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
