Responsibilities

→Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
→Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, zoning systems, and hydronic heating systems
→Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups
→Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
→Participate in an on-call rotation
→Deliver outstanding customer service on every call

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification
Experience servicing gas furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, and boilers
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

$25–$30/hour plus incentives and performance bonuses
Top technicians earn $85,000–$125,000+
