HVAC Service Technician

• →Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• →Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
• →Service and maintain:
  • →Furnaces
  • →Air Conditioners
  • →Heat Pumps
  • →Boilers
  • →Oil Heating Systems
  • →Ductless Mini-Split Systems
  • →Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• →Identify system issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
• →Educate homeowners on equipment performance, maintenance plans, and energy-saving opportunities
• →Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call
• →Complete service documentation accurately
• →Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and teammates
• →Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• →Participate in ongoing technical training
• →Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, oil heating systems, mini-splits, and RTUs
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must have your own basic HVAC hand tools
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Weekend on-call availability on a rotating schedule

• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certification
• Experience using ServiceTitan
• Experience with indoor air quality products and humidification systems
• Experience recommending repairs, accessories, or replacement options to homeowners

• Strong mechanical aptitude
