Pay: $35–$55 per hour + Performance Pay

• →Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• →Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• →Help homeowners understand their systems and recommend the best solutions
• →Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• →Accurately document work using ServiceTitan
• →Maintain a clean, organized truck and work safely every day

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
