HVAC Service Technician

Levine & Sons is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, helping customers, and delivering five-star service. If you have strong residential HVAC experience, boiler experience, and know ServiceTitan, we'd love to meet you.

• →Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• →Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and air handlers
• →Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
• →Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• →Complete service tickets and documentation in ServiceTitan
• →Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
• →Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• ServiceTitan experience is required
• Strong experience servicing boilers is required
• EPA Certification
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
