Lead HVAC Service Technician

AA Service Company is looking for a highly skilled Lead HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in solving the tough problems, delivering a five-star customer experience, and leading by example in the field.

• →Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• →Work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems
• →Service and troubleshoot Mitsubishi and other ductless mini-split systems
• →Diagnose and repair hydronic and condensing boiler systems
• →Service zoning and communicating HVAC systems
• →Educate customers on system issues and recommend solutions
• →Document findings and job notes using ServiceTitan
• →Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
• →Lead by example through professionalism, technical expertise, and workmanship

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing:
  • Hydronic systems
  • Condensing boilers
  • Zoning systems
  • Communicating HVAC systems
  • Mitsubishi and ductless mini-split systems
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical issues to homeowners
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
