Picker/Packer - Night Shift

The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders

for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures orders are fulfilled

correctly and efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy, compliance standards, and a

clean, organized work area.

Must be able to pass a background check.

• →Generate and print pick lists from the ERP system (Odoo) in accordance with SOPs
• →Accurately pick products and stage for shipments
• →Pack orders according to company standards, customer requirements, and carrier guidelines.
• →Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• →Ensure compliance standards are met when handling regulated products.
• →Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• →Meet established productivity and accuracy standards while working independently or as part of a team.
• →Assist with general warehouse duties including restocking, cycle counts, and housekeeping as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to remain on feet for the duration of the shift.
