Hardware Component Engineer - Electrical

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• →Extensive experience with digital electronics system and RF system design.
• →Extensive experience with wireless communication systems design and productization.
• →Experience with high-speed connectors, RF connectors, or MIL-grade components. 
• →Experience interpreting datasheets, mechanical drawings, and industry standards. 
• →Familiarity with environmental and reliability standards (e.g., IPC, JEDEC). 
• →Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing environments. 
• →Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
• →Effective communication across cross-functional teams. 
• →Proactive in identifying risks and driving solutions.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• →While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:

• →Lift up to 25 lbs. 
• →Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves.
• →Kneeling or squatting to access lower shelves.
• →Walking/Moving in the labs.
