Identity Architect - SailPoint ISC

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect with a strong background in designing, implementing, and leading SailPoint ISC solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and proven experience in client-facing engagements, technical leadership, and delivering scalable identity governance solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Proven experience designing and leading SailPoint ISC implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience extending and customizing ISC using:
• SailPoint Rules
• PowerShell scripting
• REST APIs
• Java-based services and integrations
• Strong understanding of JDBC connectors, relational databases, and Web Services integrations.
• Ability to evaluate multiple technical approaches, clearly articulate trade-offs, and guide clients toward solutions that best align with their business and technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex identity and security concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment with bi-monthly sprint cycles.
• SailPoint ISC Engineer certification is preferred.

What You Bring:

• Experience leading and mentoring development or implementation teams.
• Prior experience with Agentic AI development or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Strong technical leadership skills, including solution reviews, design decisions, development oversight, and implementation guidance.
• Ability to work effectively with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
