Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Coimbatore Experience Required: CA Qualified: Minimum 10 Years Non-CA Candidates: Minimum 20 Years Salary Range: ₹15 to ₹25 Lakhs per annum Job Summary The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the complete financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization. The role requires strong leadership in financial operations, risk management, compliance, and business decision-making to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit processes Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial standards Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions Lead internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency across departments Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team Essential Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification is an added advantage Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles Skills Required Strategic financial planning and analytical thinking Strong leadership and team management capabilities Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Risk assessment and mitigation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial tools
