Job Title: Restaurant Branch Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Job Overview: A dynamic and experienced Restaurant Branch Manager is required to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The role demands strong leadership skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to manage both staff and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers Control operational costs and improve profitability Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the branch Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management Experience in handling branch-level operations independently Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service-oriented mindset Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of inventory management and cost control Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / POS systems)
