Senior Engineer Production

We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Engineer Production in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production activities. • Set up and optimize injection moulding machines. • Conduct mould trials and new product development activities. • Monitor production parameters and reduce rejection rates. • Ensure achievement of production targets and schedules. • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S and Kaizen. • Coordinate with maintenance, quality and planning teams. • Prepare production reports and guide shop-floor personnel. Required Skills • Injection Moulding – machine setup and process optimization. • Production Planning – execution of daily production schedules. • Process Improvement – productivity and efficiency enhancement. • Quality Control – defect reduction and compliance monitoring. • Lean Manufacturing – implementation of continuous improvement practices. Preferred Skills • SAP/ERP exposure • Tool Room coordination experience • Team leadership and mentoring Work Experience Requirements Typical requirement for a Senior Engineer Production role is 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing and injection moulding operations. Experience in process optimization, production planning, quality management and team supervision is preferred.
