This role focuses on maintaining high service standards, team performance, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily activities of service crew members Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer complaints professionally Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets Monitor staff attendance, shift scheduling, and task allocation Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the workplace Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth service flow Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management Handle inventory coordination related to service operations Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in food service or hospitality industry Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems) Additional Requirements: Experience in restaurants, cafes, or hospitality sector preferred Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends Strong discipline and professional attitude Gulf experience is an added advantage
