Software Engineer - Forward Deployed Engineering

We are building a next-generation technology platform that combines modern software engineering, workflow automation, system integration, and AI to transform business operations. Our stack includes C#/.NET, React, Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, event-driven architecture, and modern integration platforms.

We're looking for a Software Engineer to take on a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) role — staying hands-on as an engineer while working directly with business teams to identify automation, integration, and AI opportunities, then building the solutions that deliver them. This role suits engineers who enjoy solving real business problems through technology, not just shipping predefined requirements.

Software Development

• →Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#/.NET and React/TypeScript
• →Build high-quality APIs, services, integrations, and business applications
• →Follow SOLID principles and maintainable software design practices
• →Participate in testing, debugging, and production support
• →Work with the Technical Lead on scalable, reliable solutions

Forward Deployed Engineering

• →Work directly with business teams to understand day-to-day processes and challenges
• →Identify manual/repetitive activities and automation opportunities
• →Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• →Build, deploy, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback

Azure Integration & Automation

• →Develop workflow automation using Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Storage)
• →Build integrations between internal apps, ERP systems, and third-party platforms
• →Work with APIs, webhooks, messaging, and event-driven architecture

AI & Azure AI Foundry

• →Develop AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry and related Azure AI services
• →Work with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompts, and AI-enabled workflows
• →Integrate AI capabilities into existing business applications

CI/CD & Cloud Deployment

• →Work with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
• →Build and deploy to Microsoft Azure; work with Docker/containerized apps
• →Assist with monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core Web API
• Good experience with React and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices
• Experience with unit testing and debugging
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure; exposure to Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management preferred
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps preferred)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications
• Interest in AI-powered applications; exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI agents, RAG, or prompt engineering is a plus
