Annual Reports and Entity Management Specialist We are seeking 2 detail-oriented and organized individuals to join our team as an Annual Reports and Entity Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for filing annual reports for our clients' entities in multiple states, ensuring timely submission and compliance. You will also assist in managing entity lists, conducting audits, and confirming receipt of service of process. Responsibilities: File annual reports for clients' entities in various states, prioritizing submissions based on due dates and coordinating with the on-shore team for necessary information from clients. Conduct audits of entity lists by gathering information such as date of formation, current standing, entity ID#, and registered agent details from state databases. Confirm receipt of service of process by contacting clients and ensuring documentation is uploaded to our portal and sent via email. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in corporate compliance, entity management, or related field. Familiarity with state databases and annual report filing processes. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Knowledge of legal processes and service of process procedures is a plus.
