Bilingual Scheduling & Staffing Coordinator (English & Spanish) Overview We are seeking a highly organized, fast-paced coordinator to manage incoming referrals and match families with the right providers. This is not a data entry role — it requires strong communication, decision-making, and follow-through to ensure services are scheduled quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities ● Respond to all new referrals within 30 minutes of receipt ● Match families with appropriate providers based on language, schedule, and location ● Coordinate scheduling between families and providers until services begin ● Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with all parties ● Track referral status, outcomes, and reasons for lost referrals ● Report recurring issues or service gaps to the team ● Maintain accurate documentation for reporting and audit readiness Qualifications ● Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) ● Strong communication and follow-up skills ● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once ● Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment ● Comfortable using systems to track data and manage workflows ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently What Success Looks Like ● Immediate response to new referrals ● Smooth scheduling with minimal delays or rescheduling ● Consistent follow-ups without reminders ● Clear, accurate tracking and reporting of all referral activity
