Senior Staff Accountant

• →Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• →Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Statutory (NAIC) requirements
• →Support regulatory filings and ensure compliance with insurance reporting standards
• →Assist with reinsurance accounting and evaluate financial impact of transactions
• →Strengthen internal controls and contribute to audit readiness and coordination
• →Partner cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance, preferably homeowners
• Knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting (NAIC reporting)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively
