We exist to be the go-to companion, empowering everyone to transform their free time into meaningful experiences. At Smartbox Group, we believe that real-life experiences help us thrive, connect, and become the best versions of ourselves.

With nearly 15,000 products across key leisure themes — Stays, Wellness, Adventure, and Gastronomy — we enable people to enrich their lives through shared moments, emotions, and unforgettable memories.

Present in 11 countries, Smartbox Group employs over 700 people across Europe and partners with more than 40,000 trusted providers, including hotels, restaurants, wellness centres, and outdoor activity specialists.

Living more than owning, sharing more than having — this is a defining trend in today’s society, and it’s at the heart of what Smartbox offers.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity, thinks in systems, and is excited to turn bold ideas into real impact.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, users, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver meaningful value. You’ll need strong product ownership, prioritisation, and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in an agile environment.

A key focus will be the automation of sales and portfolio management processes and workflows, so experience with AI (including LLMs) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an ambitious product roadmap focused on automation and optimisation across:
    • Customer acquisition flows
    • Portfolio management
    • Customer sales and service
  • Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with strategy and Salesforce teams
  • Build and manage a well-prioritised product backlog aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Customer Success, Engineering, Design, Operations)
  • Lead agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos
  • Manage daily activities with developer teams, definition and writing of the product technical specifications and E2E testing
  • Balance stakeholder needs, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
  • Track product performance using KPIs, user feedback, and data insights
  • Drive continuous improvement, change management, and user adoption

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5–7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in Sales, CRM, or Revenue Operations
  • Strategic thinker with a strong customer- and user-centric mindset
  • Proven ability to define and communicate a clear product vision
  • Strong experience writing product and technical specifications for engineering teams
  • Excellent analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform decisions
  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineering on system design and implementation
  • Experience improving sales productivity through automation, tools, and dashboards
  • Strong ability to translate sales needs into product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps
  • Familiarity with CRM data models, workflows, validation rules, and integrations (APIs, middleware, GTM tools)
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product initiatives end-to-end
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Effective prioritisation and decision-making abilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Strong problem-solving mindset focused on business and user value

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM platforms or enterprise systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Salesforce exposure (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform customisation)
  • Experience with system integrations or third-party applications
  • Product or agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, or similar)

What We Offer:

  • Ownership of a strategic and ambitious product roadmap
  • Opportunity to lead key initiatives in automation and optimisation
  • High visibility across teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to shape product strategy and long-term platform vision
  • International exposure with impact across EMEA teams
