We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager, Paid Media to set the strategic direction for our global digital channels. This is a high-impact role responsible for translating multi-channel spend into predictable, scalable pipeline growth, with a primary accountability for enterprise demand generation, ABM activation, and measurable revenue outcomes.
You will act as a strategic leader for a high-performing team within the Digital Demand organization and drive alignment with executive stakeholders and critical cross-functional partners across Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations to accelerate growth across all segments and geographies.
This role reports to our VP, Digital Demand.
- Set the vision and architect the global paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and ABM platforms.
- Drive enterprise and mid-market pipeline growth through strategic channel investments in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging channels.
- Develop full-funnel media plans directly aligned to regional revenue targets and segment priorities.
- Govern the multi-million dollar media budget, focusing on maximizing ROI and translating spend into predictable pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Establish the core KPIs, shifting the focus from lead volume to measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition impact.
- Lead ongoing testing strategy (creative, messaging, audience, bidding, landing pages) to continually improve conversion rates and cost efficiency across all campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate attribution and measurement across channels.
- Utilize data to identify scaling opportunities and proactively mitigate performance risks to protect the media portfolio.
- Elevate reporting to deliver clear, actionable, and data-driven narratives to senior leadership and executives.
- Manage and mentor paid media team members, focusing on career development and strategic growth.
- Establish and enforce operational rigor, best practices, and comprehensive documentation to ensure function-wide excellence and scalability.
- Serve as the domain expert and strategic advisor for cross-functional partners, coordinating with Product Marketing and Campaign teams to ensure messaging alignment.
- Direct Creative teams on developing high-performing ad formats tailored to channel and audience.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize campaign strategies for global markets and optimize performance based on geo and segment nuances.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 10+ years of B2B digital advertising experience, preferably in SaaS
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, etc.)
- Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise demand generation
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets with proven pipeline impact
- Analytical fluency in performance metrics, attribution models, and marketing analytics platforms
- Experience running global campaigns with localization
- Ability to translate data into compelling executive-level narratives
- Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
