Treatment Coordinator – Redwood Dental of Troy

We’re looking for a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Troy! We’re seeking a well-rounded, highly capable candidate who can confidently manage treatment coordination, support patients throughout their care, and help keep the front office running smoothly.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: Full-time schedule totaling 40 hours per week
• Two Saturdays per month: Saturday coverage is required
• Friday: When working a Saturday, you will have Friday off that week

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide an exceptional patient experience
• Present and explain treatment plans to patients
• Discuss treatment costs, financing, and payment options
• Help patients understand their recommended treatment and next steps
• Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules
• Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Work closely with the clinical team and office leadership
• Support the overall success and efficiency of the front office

• Experienced in dental treatment coordination or a similar dental front-office role
