SMS Staffing is hiring immediately for Warehouse Material Handler in Waukegan, IL!

Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler
Location: Waukegan, IL
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp - to - Hire

Responsibilities

→Move material from the warehouse to the production lines.
→Cycle count of inventory in the warehouse stock area.
→Move material from the warehouse staging area to stock.
→Follow OSHA and Company safety standards.
→Must wear personal protective equipment such as ear and eye protection.
→Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Reading and comprehension of all required warehouse paperwork.
Knowledge of inventory control process.
High level of attention to detail for proper documentation to maintain accurate inventory counts.
Must be able to obtain license for forklift.
Ability to use and operate handcarts, pallet jacks and order pickers.
Proficient with computers to reference inventory counts.
