It is SOAHAC’s objective to build health care capacity within Indigenous communities.   We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our interdisciplinary team in Owen Sound, Ontario. If you’re passionate about relationship-based practice and want your work to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.   The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care across the lifespan, supporting members of the urban Indigenous community and their families.
