We're currently looking for 3 energetic coaches to join our St. Louis team and lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.

🌎 About Soccer Shots

Soccer Shots provides premier children's soccer experiences through weekly soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers, and neighborhood parks.

We operate year-round, with seasonal programs including:

🍂 Fall
❄️ Winter
🌷 Spring
☀️ Summer 

We're looking for candidates who:

✅ Already reside in the St. Louis metro area

✅ Can travel to locations throughout St. Charles County, including O'Fallon, St. Peters, and Lake St. Louis

✅ Can successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check

✅ Can complete required fingerprinting through MOVECHS

✅ Ready to start training within 14 days of the interview

⚽ What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using our proven Soccer Shots curriculum.

Your job is about much more than soccer!

🕐 Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures
🌟 Make soccer fun and exciting
🙌 Build confidence and character
⚽ Teach basic soccer skills through engaging activities
😊 Create positive experiences for every child
🤝 Communicate with families and teachers
📋 Set up and pack away equipment

🎓 PAID TRAINING
Get hands-on training in our curriculum, coaching techniques, and best practices. No prior coaching experience is required.

You'll also need:

🚗 A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
📱 An active mobile phone with a data plan
🎓 A high school diploma or equivalent
🔞 Be at least 18 years old for school-based locations
📋 Ability to successfully complete required background and clearance procedures
