- Organize the different ceremonies allowing the good progress of the ART (Agile Release Train) with the different Required Levels
- Ensure the synchronization of the teams around the train and in particular ensure that the various dependencies with the technical base are properly processed
- Ensure the SAFE framework / Agility at the entity level
- Ensure that agile practices improve among the various stakeholders in the train

- Having engineering or computer science degree, with a minimum of 10 years of experience including 3 years of experience in a similar position as an Agile Master and ideally a first experience as a

- Certification of Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) at industry or internal level is preferred.

- Proven strong Project Management skills and ability to manage budget, time, cost, scope, quality, risk and resources of the team.
