• Build and execute a roadmap for decommissioning high‑risk EUCs, prioritizing VBA macros and non‑compliant assets.
• Drive large‑scale adoption of automation, low‑code platforms, and Microsoft 365 Copilot to improve productivity and reduce operational risk.
• Design and implement a robust methodological framework for low‑code and EUF developments with IT‑grade governance.
• Promote reuse of scalable components and harmonized development standards across DAI/EUF.
• Extend EUF scope to additional Business Units and Support Units beyond DFIN in coordination with Group stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations, supervisory recommendations, and internal control standards.
• Contribute to Group efficiency, budget discipline, and operating‑model optimization initiatives.
• Build cross‑hub execution capability and ensure effective collaboration with global EUF teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams across automation, data, AI, and process engineering.
• Foster a performance‑driven, ethical, and inclusive culture aligned with Group values.
• Act as senior escalation point for EUF activities delivered from GSC India.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across DAI, CFT, IT, Business Functions globally.
• Drive capability building through structured learning, certifications, and succession planning.
• Reduction in high‑risk EUCs and successful execution of EUC decommissioning roadmap.
• Adoption of EUF semi‑industrial pattern and low‑code governance framework.
• Measurable productivity gains through Copilot and automation adoption.
• Successful onboarding of new BU/SU under EUF governance.
• Strong audit, regulatory, and stakeholder outcomes.
Functional & Domain Expertise:
• Strong understanding of EUC risk, governance frameworks, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience in financial services, risk, finance, or transformation functions.
Digital & Technical Skills:
• Proven experience with automation, low‑code/no‑code platforms, and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Strong exposure to EUC tools, data quality, and control frameworks.
• Proficient in decoding, transcoding, and executing testing procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power Platform, and GenAI adoption.

• Skilled in Python, Alteryx Designer, Power BI, and MS Power Platform or other low-code/no-code tools.
Managerial & Strategic Skills:
• Ability to lead techno-functional teams and complex transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across geographies.
• Strategic thinking with execution rigor.
• 12+ years of experience in digital transformation & automation in risk or finance domains.
• Prior experience leading global or offshore teams.
• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Certifications or exposure to Agile, Cloud, AI, Alteryx Designer, Power BI, Python, is an advantage.
