We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and Python to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights. Experience in ESG data reporting and visualization is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

→Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
→Extract, cleanse, transform, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
→Perform data analysis using Python and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
→Design and implement data models, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business objectives.
→Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve operational efficiency.
→Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
→Conduct data quality assessments and troubleshoot reporting issues.
→Present analytical findings through effective visualizations and data storytelling.
→Support ESG-related reporting and visualization initiatives when required.

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience in data cleansing, transformation, and ETL processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work with large and complex datasets.

Data Analytics and Business Intelligence environment supporting reporting, visualization, and decision-making.
Development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Data analysis, transformation, and automation using Python and SQL.
Working with data from multiple business systems, databases, spreadsheets, and external sources.
Collaboration with business stakeholders, data owners, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate reporting requirements.
Management of data quality, governance, and KPI reporting processes.
Exposure to sustainability and ESG reporting initiatives is desirable but not mandatory.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Visualization.
Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
Experience working with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and data modeling.
Good programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Experience in data cleansing, transformation, validation.
Understanding of KPI development, reporting frameworks, and data visualization best practices.
