Third-Party Risk Management Expert

We are seeking to hire a Third-Party Risk Management Expert who will analyze all risks related to Outsourced services (OS) and Information Communication and Technology services (ICT) known as Third Party Risk Management services (TPRM) for the Group Societe Generale.

The position is within the Internal Control department and it is responsible for facilitating and monitoring compliance with applicable TPRM services regulations within SG Group entities.

What you will do:

·       Assist managers in implementing the outsourcing or offshoring strategy. Master and share with other team members the specific knowledge of TPRM services;

·       Maintain and constantly update the methodology and process in accordance with the expectations of regulatory authorities, as well as the Group's strategy and ambitions on this subject;

·       Have a good understanding of the TPRM structure, which includes knowledge of different tools and applications (e.g. RAMOS, RAFALE, Sourcing Hub, ...)

·       Understand and apply the Group / internal procedures specific to TPRM and comply with the expectations of regulators active in this field

·       Assure that all new TPRM servicies are enrolled in specific Group tool (RAMOS) , the re assesments are performed depending the imposed frecquency, the KPIs in place are monitored and any alerts are escalated at appropiate level

·       Assure an excelent communication with all stakeholders involved in all life cycle stages of a TPRM service

·       Offer active support for other NFR frameworks (eg.RCSA, incident management , closure of several NfAs, deployment and execution of controls, etc)

·       Prepare reports using information from different tools/applications and present them to internal clients and other stakeholders

·       Communicate and be in constant contact with management and key people from various departments, including SUs management

·       Prepare various presentations for risk committees in obtaining, reviewing and addressing questions for various risk reports and risk data from business and support functions. Build graphical reports/dashboards/presentations to communicate with stakeholders and to provide a risk assessment on deliverables

·       Conduct trainings on specific TPRM risks, as per business requirements

·       Form and formalize a critical opinion on the elements of the TPRM device in the intervention perimeter

·        Alert the hierarchical superior in the case of blocking points and continuously identifying risky areas related to the reviewed processes.

·       Good level of English and French, both written/spoken

·       Understanding of the specific banking activities as well as IT environment / activities

·       Strong operational and management risk expertise with ability to use relevant tools and stay updated on industry trends

·       Excellent communication skills, including clear presentations, stakeholder adaptation, and high-quality documentation

·       Solid analytical capabilities to assess processes, identify risks, ensure compliance, and produce reports

·       Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to act independently using data-driven insights

·       Effective stakeholder management and collaboration, including facilitating discussions and maintaining relationships

·       Strong organizational, leadership, and performance management skills, including coordination, time management, and driving results
