We are now looking for an experienced Integrated Risk Management Consultant – ServiceNow to join our Platforms business stream. You’ll play a key role in helping our customers modernise and automate governance, risk, and compliance processes – combining platform expertise, business understanding, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.

Your role

As an Integrated Risk Management Consultant, you will:

• Collaborate with customers to design and implement modern IRM and GRC solutions that drive measurable business value.

• Support organisations in transforming and automating risk and compliance-related processes using ServiceNow.

• Translate business goals and regulatory requirements into scalable platform-driven solutions.

• Work across the full lifecycle of platform delivery – from requirement gathering and process design to implementation and adoption.

• Apply modern ways of working, including Agile, DevOps, and proof-of-concept approaches.

• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring solutions are scalable, future-proof, and aligned with business goals.

• Stay ahead of platform advancements, AI-enabled features, and regulatory developments to help customers maximise the value of their investments.

Your work may include solutions and advisory within areas such as:

• Risk Management

• Compliance Management

• Regulatory Change Management

• Business Continuity Management

• Vendor Risk Management

• Audit Management

• Security Operations
  

What you bring

• A few years of experience working with ServiceNow and potentially other cloud-based solutions, preferably within IRM, GRC, Risk Management, or Compliance.

  • ServiceNow certifications are considered a strong plus.

• Strong understanding of platform architecture, configuration, and integration concepts.

• Ability to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into scalable platform-driven solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps models, and proof-of-concept approaches.

• Hands-on experience with AI concepts, such as:

  • Generative AI and AI-driven workflows for automation and decision support.

  • Identifying AI use cases and integrating AI services into platforms.

  • Familiarity with tools like Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, or ServiceNow AI functionalities.

  • Passion for technology and innovation, and curiosity for how AI and automation reshape modern organisations.

• Educational background with at least a BSc. in relevant fields (IT, Management, Engineering or similar).

• Please note that fluency in both Swedish and English is required.

• To be considered for the position, we expect you to be legally permitted to live and work in Sweden.
