Ingénieur(e) Principal(e) - Ingénierie RM&S

• Préparer les analyses de sécurité aéronef/système et/ou les rapports de conformité des évaluations de risques particuliers, et démontrer la conformité avec les exigences AWM 525.1309, FAR/CS partie 25.1309 et autres exigences pertinentes.
• Être responsable des livrables en Fiabilité, Maintenabilité et Sécurité (R,M&S) propres aux programmes qui vous sont assignés.
• Identifier, assurer le suivi et résoudre toutes les questions liées à la sécurité des systèmes et aux risques particuliers dans le cadre du processus de navigabilité continue.
• Participer aux analyses fonctionnelles de dangers, aux analyses par arbre de défaillances, aux évaluations de sécurité des systèmes, aux analyses des modes de défaillance et de leurs effets, ainsi qu’aux rapports finaux de certification R,M&S.
• Effectuer des activités de certification impliquant la coordination des enjeux techniques et des solutions entre SOGECLAIR, les partenaires/fournisseurs, les autorités réglementaires et les clients.
• Adopter des pratiques et politiques éthiques, favoriser le changement positif et promouvoir une culture d’intégrité, de respect et d’inclusivité.

• Prepare the Aircraft / System Safety Analysis and/or Particular Risk Assessments compliance reports and demonstrating compliance with AWM 525.1309, FAR/CS part 25.1309 and other relevant requirements.
• Be responsible for Reliability, Maintainability & Safety deliverables specific to assigned systems.
• Identify, follow up, and resolve all system safety issues and particular risks issues in support of the Continuing Airworthiness Process
• Participate in aircraft / system functional hazard analysis, fault tree analysis, system safety assessment, failure mode and effect analysis and the final R,M&S certification reports.
• The duties will also require certification activities involving co-ordination of technical issues and resolutions across all SOGECLAIR, Partner/Supplier, Regulatory and Customer parties.
• Employ ethical practices and policies, drive positive change and promote a culture of integrity, respect and inclusivity.

• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Electrical or Mechanical engineering with at least seven (7) years relevant experience in the field of R,M&S.
• You have a strong aerospace background, and an excellent understanding of aircraft performance characteristics, aircraft systems definition, integration, interfaces, component qualification, reliability and safety requirements and certification process of aircraft systems.
• You preferably have been directly involved in the aircraft definition and certification.
• Knowledge of creating Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEAs), Fault Tree Analysis (FTAs) and Safety Analysis is required.
• You must be cognizant of the relevant Airworthiness Regulations such as ARP 4761, ARP 4754 and the certification process.
• You have the ability to communicate sound technical proposals and work status to management, be a team player, a self-motivated person and be able to work under pressure.
• You possess a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• You possess strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• You are familiar with a Microsoft 365 environment
