Professionnel(le) Principal(e), Ingénierie de projet - Recherche et Technologies

• →Lead the planning and execution of R&T initiatives 
• →Define project objectives, scope of work, and deliverables for technology maturation and/or aircraft development 
• →Develop and maintain detailed schedules and critical path, risk management plans, and cost tracking  
• →Own the completion/execution of medium complexity projects within budget, justify deviations, and lead recovery actions  
• →Collaborate within the Engineering community, cross functional teams as well as external stakeholders  
• →Lead change management activities 
• →Provide clear visibility and reporting to management on project status, risks, and strategic decisions 
• →Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within R&T 

• You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.  
• You have 8-10 years of experience in aerospace industry, project engineering experience is an asset. 
• You demonstrate strong capability in schedule management, budget/cost management and Scope/change governance. 
• You have solid understanding of technology maturation and conceptual design phases. 
• You are comfortable working with uncertainty and evolving project scope 
• You are autonomous, results-driven, and enthusiastic with strong work ethics. 
• You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.  
• You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork. 
• You are proficient with project management tools (eg., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, TeamCenter)
