You will lead by example, providing expert treatments while mentoring and supporting your colleagues to deliver an exceptional wellness experience for our members and guests.

• →Deliver a range of high-quality therapeutic treatments consistent with the club’s standards and member preferences 
• →Supervise, train, and mentor junior therapists, ensuring continuous professional development and adherence to protocols
• →Manage daily treatment schedules, ensuring optimal team productivity and member satisfaction 
• →Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new therapies, products, and industry trends to enhance service offerings 
• →Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations at all times 
• →Handle member enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion 
• →Collaborate with Spa Manager and other departments to coordinate wellness events, promotions, and marketing initiatives 
• →Manage stock levels of therapy products and equipment, placing orders as needed 
• →Lead regular team meetings to foster communication, motivation, and continuous improvement 
• →Maintain detailed client records and treatment documentation in line with confidentiality policies 

A successful Lead Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. 

• Extensive experience as a qualified therapist with a broad range of treatments 
• Proven leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment 
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a high-end service setting 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

Desirable: 

• Relevant therapy qualifications (e.g., massage, beauty, holistic therapies) 
• Additional certifications in advanced or specialised treatments 
• Knowledge of spa software and booking systems 
• NVQ levels 2 & 3 qualified  

 Physical Requirements: 

• Must be over the age of 18 
• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand 
• Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours 
• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
