Responsibilities
~1 min readThe role is based in our London office and will report to the Key Account Manager, working closely with the wider UK&I Commercial team.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be a critical member of the UK&I Commercial team, helping to deliver growth across our key retail partners. Combining commercial analysis, retailer support, launch execution, and trade marketing coordination, you will play an integral role in driving best-in-class execution and identifying opportunities to enhance business performance.
You will work closely with some of the UK's leading prestige and omni-channel retailers, gaining exposure to account management, commercial planning, retailer marketing, and business strategy. Key Account Support
- Support Key Account Managers in the day-to-day management of key retailer relationships.
- Act as a key point of contact for retailers regarding product launches, allocations, order management, ongoing account administration.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of new product launches, maintaining retailer portals, and ensuring best-in-class retailer execution across all touchpoints.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor launch performance and report on key learnings and recommended actions.
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, promotional, and retailer master data.
- Support the management of some of the UK's leading prestige and omni-channel retail partners.
Commercial Analysis & Business Reporting
- Prepare, analyse, and present the weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports across key retail accounts.
- Analyse sell-through, stock, and market performance data to identify any risks or opportunities.
- Deliver commercial insights to support account planning, promotional strategies, and growth initiatives
- Track KPI performance against sales targets and provide regular reporting to the commercial & leadership team.
- Monitor retailer performance, promotional effectiveness, and launch results through post-campaign analysis.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis, identifying trends, innovations, and commercial opportunities within the beauty industry.
Trade Marketing & Retail Activation
- Support the planning and execution of retailer marketing plans across both online and physical retail environments.
- Coordinate in-store and digital activations, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.
- Manage sampling programmes, GWP activity, beauty box activations, and promotional support initiatives.
- Assist with retailer presentations, quarterly reviews and strategy meetings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, and Planning teams.
- Ensure alignment across departments on forecasts, promotions, launches, and account priorities.
- Support process improvements that drive operational efficiency and enhance account performance.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all reporting and project management activities.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2-3 years' experience in a Sales Coordinator, National Account Coordinator, Commercial Analyst, Category Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience using business intelligence and reporting platforms such as DOMO, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with prestige beauty retailers such as Boots, Sephora, Look Fantastic, Space NK, Harrods or similar, including using retailer platform such as LetsFlo, GAIA, PIM, Unify.
- Exposure to forecasting, trade marketing planning, or category management.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous
- Understanding of beauty market trends and retailer dynamics in the UK&I.
