• →Forms strong working relationships within the team;

• →Prior experience with RIS/PACS preferred;
• →Completion of formal radiologic technologic technology training program;
• →Understands and communicates medical terminology;
• →Current, non- restricted licensure instate of work location is required;
• →Current ARRT advanced level certification in Mammography ;
• →Minimum of two years of healthcare industry experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred;
• →Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.

• Provide services and support for the following areas:
• Understands, promotes and demonstrates the “Solis Way”
• Performs mammography and/or assists with biopsies on as needed basis
• Monitors clinical staffing levels.
• Works in partnership with a Center Director who leads with authenticity, self‑awareness, an others‑minded approach, and an understanding‑first mindset
• Expresses a genuine desire to encourage and coach team members, approaching conflict neutrally with clarity, compassion, and respect to help the team and center thrive.
• Manages clinical team members on daily basis ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines and procedures;

• Passionate about developing and strengthening clear, effective communication with patients, team members, physicians, and partners.
