Solutions Auto Group is searching for an experienced A-Level Automotive Diagnostic & Repair Specialist who is exceptionally good at diagnosing vehicles, solving difficult problems, and getting repairs completed correctly and efficiently.

We're not looking for another set of hands.

If that's you, we'd like to have a conversation.

You shouldn't have to wonder whether enough work will come through the door to make a paycheck.

Work five days a week.

We own, sell, finance, and maintain our own vehicle inventory.

That means we have a consistent supply of vehicles needing:

• Diagnostics

• Electrical repair

• Drivability diagnosis

• Engine repair

• Transmission and powertrain work

• A/C repair

• Suspension and steering

• Brake and ABS repair

• Normal mechanical repairs

• Difficult problems other people haven't solved

You're not waiting around for a service advisor to sell enough work to keep your bay busy.

We want technicians who can think.

We aren't looking for someone to simply follow instructions or replace whatever part someone else diagnosed.

We want a Specialist who can take a vehicle from:

You don't have to know everything.

But you should know how to figure out what you don't know.

We're looking for strong ability in several of these areas:

• Advanced automotive diagnostics

• Electrical and electronic diagnosis

• Wiring diagrams and schematics

• Scan-data interpretation

• Pinpoint testing

• Intermittent electrical problems

• Parasitic draws

• CAN/network diagnosis

• Check-engine-light diagnosis

• Drivability concerns

• Engine performance

• Starting and charging systems

• A/C diagnosis and repair

• Cooling systems

• Engine and powertrain repair

• Suspension and steering

• Brakes and ABS

• Domestic and import vehicles

• Modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment

ASE certifications are welcomed and respected.

But certificates don't replace the ability to diagnose and repair a vehicle.

Solutions Auto Group uses Tekmetric for repair orders, workflow, technician time, documentation, efficiency, and production.

Every technician is expected to use it correctly.

That means:

• Clocking into jobs

• Documenting findings

• Recording repairs

• Communicating roadblocks

• Closing out completed work

We're not interested in micromanaging talented people.

We want accurate information so you and management can both see:

Our business is different from a traditional retail repair shop.

We aren't trying to turn every vehicle into a restoration project or replace every slightly worn component.
